A new urban vision of St. Albert development geared to livable, sustainable and quality living. Inclusive of affordable apartments and suites, supportive housing, commercial and mixed-use buildings design-centered community. The East Village provides a new approach to design, built to reinforce the existing urban fabric and enhance the local neighborhood.  The East Village master plan intends to bridge the existing residential neighborhood on the north and existing commercial corridor neighborhoods on the south by carefully integrating the hierarchy of residential, commercial, landscape and art elements, communal park and pavilions into the community at large.

Its overarching design offers a reintegration of passive and active amenities for all ages, from all walks of life, encompassing pedestrian, cyclists and vehicular traffic. It’s key principal features are a unique architectural design and strategic site master planning - providing all individual opportunities for residents and visitors.  The overlying master plan provides a village feel, set within an urban context.

Building 02 will be mixed-use commercial main level and multi-family residential units on the upper floor levels. It's design complements both adjacent commercial CRU's and Residential Building 01
