Following the devasting Jasper wildfires of 2024, Jasper Brewing Company underwent a full restoration and transformation to recover from extensive smoke and water damage. Completed in Spring 2025, the revitalized space blends the brewery’s iconic mountain character with a fresh, modern design tailored for both locals and visitors.

The 4,065sq. ft. main floor was entirely reimagined, creating an inviting and functional front-of-house experience. A major highlight of the restoration was the complete redesign of the kitchen, with an improved flow to meet the demands of a high-volume hospitality environment. This new kitchen sets the stage for an elevated food program that matches the brewery’s celebrated craft beer offerings.

Below, the 1,660 sq. ft. basement brewery was rebuilt from the ground up, optimizing production flow, sanitation, and equipment placement to support both quality and efficiency in brewing operations.
