Trax is a 91,000 SF multi-use building showcasing retail and commercial oversized main floor walk-up spaces, balanced by the residential suites in the upper floors.  Accompanied by a unique, modern interior utilizing quality materials, this calm residence hosts new spaces for Edmontonians to enjoy and live in.

Originally The Trax was designed to connect to the street in terms of the retail/commercial component, as well as meet the needs for housing development in a thriving area.  Its has been repurposed (2022) to be fully residential, repurposing the main floor commercial lease space into sizable residential rental units.

This is a design-build project that is of concrete construction. The design and construction needed durable commercial materials yet also had a specific budget to respect.
