Trumpeter Mixed-Use is a four storey, concrete and wood frame development located in northwest Edmonton, featuring a combination of main floor retail and personal service uses with three storeys of residential rental units above.The residential component offers a mix of contemporary one- andtwo-bedroom suites, designed to appeal to a range of tenants,supporting diverse living needs.

The unique site is in the shape of a quarter circle, lending to a distinctive segmented curvilinear massing.  Existing site grading required a stepped main level solution which provides for taller, varying ceiling heights for the numerous commercial bays.The site accommodates both covered and surface parking at gradefor both resident and retail tenant patrons.

Planworks designed several scheme variations for the client to creatively investigate various objectives, addressing zoning and constructability constraints.
