Phase 1 of this new 3.4 acre commercial retail development is currently in progress. The 8.15 acre site located in north-east Edmonton will enhance the community, adding valuable services and amenities. Full build-out will be constructed over 3 phases, with Building 1 starting construction Spring 2024. Buildings 2 and 3 will complete the development with commercial space.
