Located off 157 Avenue, this industrial complex serves the operational needs of Gateway Trailer Repairs. This structure has a showroom as well as vehicle service bays. The use of expansive glazing and architectural features create a welcoming front entrance. Various materials including cultured stone, metal panels and curtain wall system are used to compose its unique façades. The project was completed in 2014.
