NAIT’s satellite campus in Spruce Grove, AB., consists of an initial Crane and Hoist Learning/teaching facility leased by Melcor Developments. A dynamic, youthful aesthetic evolved reflecting the contemporary nature of the technical-academic institution. In 2023, Planworks was commissioned to design a significant expansion/addition to the smaller original building. The concept proposes to incorporate a complementary aesthetic using the same colour scheme and material palette.
