Rally Engineering’s reception area was originally located on the second floor, creating a disconnect between the firm and visiting clients. Recognizing the need for a more engaging and accessible entry experience, the reception was relocated to the main floor. Custom ceiling details, wall paneling, and millwork were thoughtfully designed to reflect Rally Engineering’s corporate identity—establishing a welcoming and striking first impression.

In addition to the lobby upgrades, the adjacent staff room was reimagined to transform an outdated and underused space. By reorganizing the kitchen and meeting areas, the design opens up the floor plan to create a versatile multipurpose room—where staff can relax during breaks, enjoy a coffee, meet with clients, or host town halls. Modern furniture, acoustic paneling, upgraded lighting, and an emphasis on the existing atrium architecture all come together to make this a space worth enjoying.
