Planworks partnered with Allard Developments to design and deliver the masterplan concept for this 10.4-acre greenfield site, guiding the project fromits early planning stages through to completion. The resulting development offers nearly 100,000 square feet of vibrant retail and commercial space, establishing a dynamic destination within southeast Edmonton.

The site features eight commercial retail buildings, anchored by major tenants such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Co-op Grocery, alongside a mix of multi-tenant buildings accommodating a diverse range of uses. Notable tenants include Starbucks, Dairy Queen, and TD Bank, complemented by several quick-service restaurants, full-service dining options, and personal service providers.

A gas bar, convenience store, and carwash are thoughtfully integrated into the overall site layout, enhancing accessibility and convenience for the community. Architecturally, the development achieves a timeless appeal — modern finishes paired with classic design elements— creating a cohesive and inviting streetscape that reflects both durability and style.
